Key Responsibilities

•Daily management of the main processes at the base of Glovo operations, proactively working for improvement and optimization.
•Develop processes and long-term projects to improve the efficiency of the operational setup, reporting directly to the Operations Manager and the country leadership team.
•Identify industry trends and act proactively to outperform competitors, with a focus on rider experience.
•Collaborate with the Operations team to guarantee the best possible user experience and position Glovo as the favorite delivery app for both riders and customers in Bulgaria.

Key Requirements

•Based in Sofia or willing to relocate.
