Job Summary

Lead change management communication and adoption across organizational transformation initiatives. Collaborate cross-functionally to define change impacts, create rollout and communications plans, and deliver toolkits and training materials. Assess resistance and risks, integrate change activities into overall project plans, coach project teams and workstreams, and set measurable success metrics with feedback loops to ensure readiness and sustained adoption.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and own execution of change management plans for transformation programs and initiatives.
•Use a structured change management methodology to support adoption of project-required changes.
•Assess change impact by defining change components (processes, personas, roles), integrating activities into project plans, and consulting/coaching project teams.
•Design and enable communication and training efforts, including messaging, toolkits/materials, and building advocates/superusers.
•Define and measure success metrics, monitor change progress, and establish feedback loops using internal and external pulse surveys to ensure readiness.

Key Requirements

•Typically 7-10 years of work experience, preferably in change management, transformation management, program management, organizational effectiveness, business transformation, or related fields.
•Proven track record managing large and/or international projects and large-scale organizational change efforts.
•Knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools (including use of a structured change management methodology).
•Experience assessing change impacts and integrating change components into overall project plans across cross-functional environments.
•Strong communication and presentation skills to produce and manage external and internal presentation and training materials, staying on brand and on message.
