Compounding Lab Manager (Days)

Manage daily operations of the compounding labs in the pharmacy, reporting to the Head Compounding Pharmacist. Lead and develop compounding technicians, oversee training, staffing, and knowledge/competency verification, and serve as a subject-matter expert on compounding-suite equipment. Partner with Quality Operations and the Pharmacist in Charge to ensure compound quality, employee safety, and regulatory compliance (including USP 795/USP 800) while supporting compounding initiatives and SOP completion.
