Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor readiness metrics, identify risks/gaps, and drive process/system improvements to enable crisis response.
  • •Partner with internal teams to improve account handoffs, information flow, and execution during crises.
  • •Gather, analyze, and present data on response performance, customer needs, risk trends, and operational bottlenecks.
  • •Develop and refine external engagement frameworks, onboarding processes, and long-term relationships.
  • •Serve as a point of contact for emergency response stakeholders globally and advocate customer needs internally.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree OR high school diploma/equivalency with 3+ years of professional experience in emergency/crisis response.
  • •2+ years of consulting, project management, or crisis response coordination experience.
  • •1+ year of experience in a customer/external-facing role.
  • •2+ years of experience with data analysis, reporting, or performance metrics (e.g., Excel modeling, dashboards).
  • •Ability to manage multiple high-pressure projects with tight deadlines and limited resources, with a proactive, solutions-driven mindset.
