Key Responsibilities

  • •Evaluate, negotiate, and close critical sub-contracts with strategic suppliers across space segment, launch, and ground & data services.
  • •Manage contract changes and change control across the full contract lifecycle.
  • •Maintain auditable records compliant with company, contractual, and export control requirements.
  • •Review contracts for technical, quality, and regulatory requirements; escalate non-conformances to Engineering and Legal.
  • •Monitor supplier performance vs schedule, cost, and quality targets and integrate suppliers into the program Integrated Master Schedule, risk reviews, and milestone gates.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of proven sub-contract management experience in spacecraft, aerospace, or complex technical programs.
  • •Experience with procurement of multi-million contracts.
  • •Hands-on contract lifecycle management, including drafting, negotiating, executing SoW/MSA, or milestone-based contracts.
  • •Excellent organizational and analytical skills to track multiple active contracts at once.
  • •Fluent English and strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
