Job Summary

Lead end-to-end delivery of secure Microsoft 365 identity and endpoint security for enterprise and public-sector clients. Design and deploy Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, Defender for Endpoint, Conditional Access, and Windows Autopilot, implementing Zero Trust principles and risk-based access. Own discovery through production rollout and operational handover, creating reusable baselines, deployment templates, automation scripts, and technical documentation while advising stakeholders on best practices.

Key Responsibilities

•Design, configure, and deploy Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, Defender for Endpoint, Conditional Access, and Windows Autopilot based on client security and business requirements.
•Implement identity and access controls including Conditional Access, MFA, passwordless authentication, PIM, Identity Governance, Entitlement Management, SSPR, and B2B access.
•Manage endpoint enrollment and compliance in Intune, including configuration profiles, device enrollment, MAM, Windows Autopilot, Windows 365, and Azure Virtual Desktop (where applicable).
•Implement Zero Trust by integrating identity, device compliance, and access controls; configure endpoint hardening, security baselines, and link security signals with Conditional Access.
•Own end-to-end delivery from workshops and assessments through pilots, production rollout, operational handover, and knowledge transfer with reusable baselines, templates, scripts, and runbooks.

Key Requirements

•5+ years deploying and configuring Microsoft identity and endpoint technologies in consulting, professional services, systems integration, or managed security environments.
•Hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Conditional Access, Windows Autopilot, Windows 365, and Azure Virtual Desktop.
•Expertise implementing Conditional Access, MFA, passwordless authentication, Privileged Identity Management (PIM), Identity Governance, Entitlement Management, and SSPR.
•Experience designing least-privilege access models and risk-based authentication, including Zero Trust and device compliance.
•PowerShell automation experience and strong requirements gathering, solution design, client workshop facilitation, and technical documentation skills.
