Job Summary

Drive the strategy and improvement of a customer-facing digital and physical product, from insights to execution. Analyze retention and product performance, define product innovation aligned with Global Product teams, and orchestrate end-to-end launches across culinary, menu planning, ops, and production. Partner with Tech and Product Global teams to translate customer needs into features, and build an ambitious monetization offer for premium recipes and ingredient swaps.

•Analyze physical product performance using consumer and product data to identify strategic product directions and growth opportunities.
•Define product innovation strategy, including differentiated recipe offerings and new features, with Global Product teams.
•Orchestrate end-to-end, high-impact product launches by aligning culinary, menus, digital product, and production teams around a common vision.
•Evolve the digital product with Tech and Global Product teams by translating customer needs into concrete features.
•Design an ambitious, profitable monetization offer (premium recipes, grocery, ingredient swaps) to maximize perceived value and financial performance.

Key Requirements

•At least 5 years of experience in strategy consulting, enterprise strategy, or business/data analysis with strong insight-and-recommendation orientation and project management.

•Organized and rigorous with strong attention to detail.
•Proactive and ambitious; bonus experience in Direct to Consumer and passion for food.
