Key Responsibilities

  • •Design dashboards, compliance metrics, and regulatory reports that turn data into actionable insights for stakeholders and regional compliance officers.
  • •Automate end-to-end compliance data solutions, governance controls, and workflow automations to improve efficiency and reduce manual work.
  • •Build scalable, audit-ready data models from large, complex datasets to support regulatory reporting and analytics.
  • •Translate regulatory and business requests into accurate reports and automated data pipelines using Python, SQL, dbt, and Airflow.
  • •Coordinate data quality monitoring for client data by identifying issues, flagging remediations, and partnering with responsible teams; support ad-hoc audit and risk data requests.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of data analysis and data management experience in financial services or a regulated industry, including compliance and regulatory reporting across frameworks such as AML, KYC, Sanctions, MiCA, or MiFID.
  • •Solid understanding of regulatory risk and the ability to operate in audit-ready, high-scrutiny environments.
  • •Expert SQL skills (including complex joins, CTEs, and analytical functions) and proficiency in Python with libraries such as pandas, matplotlib, and plotly.
  • •Hands-on experience with dbt (or similar) to model and organize high-fidelity data for reporting and decision-making.
  • •Experience building and managing data pipelines with knowledge of data workflow orchestration.
