Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the Document Control Manager and team to maintain a document management system for contract and project documents.

  • •Work within the existing Electronic Document Management System (EDMS).
  • •Manage document operations including retrieval, upload/download, naming convention, numbering, assignment, and distribution.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience).
  • •3-5 years of project experience in document control or a similar role in transportation infrastructure development or construction.
  • •Experience with Microsoft Office.
  • •Experience with SharePoint, Procore, InEight, eBuilder, Bluebeam, and Microsoft 365 (preferred).
  • •Strong organization, reading/comprehension, attention to detail, problem-solving, and client service skills; ability to work independently or in a team and maintain confidentiality.
