Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist in project planning, including site layout, scheduling, and resource allocation to support timely project completion.
  • •Supervise on-site activities by monitoring progress, performing quality control, and ensuring adherence to safety regulations and building codes.
  • •Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain smooth workflow and resolve issues.
  • •Manage procurement, delivery, and storage of materials and equipment to ensure adequate supply and timely delivery.
  • •Monitor project costs and expenditures, implement quality control measures, and maintain accurate documentation of site progress and records including as-built drawings.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years working experience in construction projects, with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Engineering.
  • •Professional degree in MMUP Engineer Registration (UPDA) / engineer registration.
  • •Comprehensive knowledge of construction techniques, methods, and materials for building projects.
  • •Proficiency with construction tools/software such as AutoCAD, project management software, and surveying instruments, with preferred SAP functional/ERP skills.
