Lead Starlink’s country launch operations by combining strategic planning, market access execution, and cross-functional coordination. Key Responsibilities

•Develop comprehensive execution plan to implement market requirements for initial market access and rapid growth of operations
•Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as the timeliness of activation upon full authorization in a market, product accessibility, and Starlink’s operational health in live markets
•Guide planning and resource management for specific verticals within Starlink, including development of business models
•Identify initiatives for improvement of Starlink's business outlook, including developing, tracking, and executing business initiatives with Starlink's leadership
•Identify and lead implementation of process and system enhancements to improve handoffs and execution across various teams, evolve the customer experience, or scale the business while balancing resources

Travel: High travel

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in STEM, business, economics, or finance
•4+ years of experience in business operations, project management, or strategic planning
•1+ year experience based abroad or working with operations outside of the United States
•1+ year of experience with analytical skills (e.g. Microsoft Office applications, Excel modeling, etc.)
•Willingness to travel up to 50%
