Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage New Product Introduction (NPI), product transfer, and engineering change implementation.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • •At least 3 years of experience in Product Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering within a manufacturing environment.
  • •Experience with New Product Introduction (NPI), Engineering Change Management (ECN/ECO), and product lifecycle management.
  • •Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, product design, and quality systems.
  • •Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma, plus continuous improvement methodologies and RCA tools (8D, 5 Whys, Fishbone).
