Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage Distribution Requirements Planning (DRP) for imports, including rolling 18-month shipment plans and reporting KPI health, risks, and SKU exceptions.
  • •Coordinate supply of imported products with manufacturing and logistics teams, and maintain consistent inventory management and demand-aligned practices.
  • •Act as single point of contact for users and the business, solving transactional problems and supporting system integration testing (SIT) during implementation cycles.
  • •Own and ensure master data health and accuracy, and ensure the accuracy of supply and demand reports and dashboards.
  • •Design and implement systems improvements and streamline opportunities, lead key user and end user training, and support Voyager readiness and successful go-live activities.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years’ experience with SAP supply and demand planning applications.
  • •Expertise in demand/supply planning systems including SAP APO and S/4HANA (and OMP).
  • •Baseline understanding of end-to-end supply chain planning processes (supply planning, DRP, inventory planning, logistics, procurement, and customer service).
  • •Strong functional knowledge of user experience and design thinking concepts.
  • •Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
