Job Summary

Lead and grow a senior product team to define and execute a DAM strategy spanning asset ingestion, metadata architecture, rights management, workflow, and distribution. Drive cross‑functional collaboration with engineering, GTM, and customer success, engage with enterprise customers, and shape the roadmap for enterprise–scale adoption in a martech/DAM ecosystem.

•Lead, mentor, and grow a team of product managers, fostering an environment of domain depth, customer empathy, and execution rigor
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams: engineering, sales, marketing, customer success to drive successful product development, launch, and adoption
•Engage directly with enterprise customers and stakeholders to surface emerging needs, validate direction, and build conviction around the roadmap
•Represent the product externally with analysts, partners, and prospects

Key Requirements

•5+ years of product management experience in DAM, CMS, or adjacent content operations platforms (PIM, MRM, Brand Management, Creative Workflow)
•2+ years managing and growing a team of product managers or product owners
•Fluency in the martech ecosystem with a strong understanding of DXP’s and systems integrations in the context of how Digital Asset Management co-exists alongside CMS, PIM, and creative tooling
•Experience managing products at different lifecycle stages and taking products to market with a good understanding of packaging and field and customer enablement
•Excellent communication and presentation skills; comfortable in customer conversations and analyst briefings alike
