•Deployment and impact monitoring: Take projects from development to production and monitor their impact with Product and Data teams
•Technical leadership: Set direction, own architecture decisions on complex systems, mentor engineers, and drive key technical discussions to resolution
•Strategic collaboration: Work with Product and Operations teams to align technical projects with company goals

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 76,000 - 173,600 annually

•You have 5+ years of experience as a software engineer, including ownership of complex, ambitious projects end-to-end
•You operate at a senior or staff level and can take responsibility for technical direction beyond execution

•You are a fast learner, comfortable with new technologies, frameworks, and changing environments
•You are fluent in English (French not required)
