Key Responsibilities

  • •Purchase automotive parts, accessories, materials, and supplies based on forecasts, inventory needs, and business demand.
  • •Create, maintain, and monitor purchase orders through completion; ensure timely, cost-effective procurement.
  • •Monitor inventory levels and identify stockouts, excess inventory, shortages, and supply-chain risks; recommend purchasing actions.
  • •Maintain accurate item master information, supplier pricing, and daily inventory files; manage purchasing and inventory data in ERP/WMS systems.
  • •Proactively communicate supply-chain conditions and inventory concerns; partner with Sales, Customer Service, Distribution Operations, and Accounting to resolve issues.

Key Requirements

  • •3–5 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, inventory management, supply-chain planning, or a related role.
  • •Experience working with ERP and/or WMS systems; NetSuite experience preferred.
  • •Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with inventory forecasting, demand planning, and inventory analysis.
  • •Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
