Job Summary

Provide day-to-day functional support for Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials, including GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Expenses, and Subledger Accounting. Own incident resolution within SLAs with root-cause analysis and permanent corrective actions, deliver enhancements and configuration changes, and support month/quarter/year-end close. Coordinate Oracle quarterly update assessments, regression testing, and production deployments while maintaining documentation and driving continuous improvement with Finance and IT stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide ongoing functional support and troubleshooting across Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials modules including GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Expenses, and Subledger Accounting.
•Manage and resolve support tickets within SLAs, performing root cause analysis on recurring issues and implementing permanent corrective actions.
•Assess, design, and deliver system enhancements and configuration changes as business requirements evolve.
•Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities by monitoring and resolving period-close issues to minimize Finance downtime.
•Lead Oracle quarterly update assessments, coordinating regression testing and overseeing deployment into Production.

Key Requirements

•4+ years of Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials functional experience with post-go-live support and/or managed services delivery.
•Hands-on expertise across two or more Fusion Financials modules (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Expenses).
•Experience with Subledger Accounting (SLA) rule management, journal source configuration, and period-close accounting processes.
•Ability to manage functional incidents within ITSM frameworks such as ServiceNow, Jira, or equivalent ticketing tools.
•Working knowledge of ITIL service management principles (incident, problem, change, and release management).
