Deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience as the front-line ambassador for the Coach brand. Build client relationships through styling and product expertise, drive sales with cross-selling and tailored recommendations, and support daily store operations including transactions, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising. Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases while meeting individual and store KPIs.
