•Collaborate with CTO, engineering, and product to design scalable, secure solutions and push them to production
•Apply AI to automate product processes, improve business workflows, and enhance day-to-day team operations
•Mentor and elevate the engineering team, setting technical standards and shaping culture as the team grows
•Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure alignment with product goals and customer needs

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 200,000 - 250,000 annually
