Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and maintain a workflow engine, which transforms and routes data between internal Allianz systems and external partners.
  • •Implement and manage robust CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions to enhance deployment speed and reliability.
  • •Orchestrate and support the AWS environment, including Kubernetes, PostgreSQL and network management.
  • •Use Dynatrace to perform deep-dive analysis in distributed systems to ensure high performance and stability.
  • •Act as a technical owner for operational issues, coordinating with developers and external clients to ensure seamless data transfer.

Key Requirements

  • •Proficiency in English and German (at least B2) is mandatory, as the role involves direct contact with German-speaking stakeholders and clients.
  • •Strong experience with AWS services, specifically Aurora, VPC, EC2 EKS (Kubernetes), S3, SQS, SNS and RDS as well as proven experience with Terraform for managing cloud environments.
  • •Advanced knowledge of Docker, Helm, Git, Java (>21), Spring Boot, GitHub Actions. Argo-Workflows is optional.
  • •Solid understanding of Java and Spring Boot to assist in troubleshooting and optimizing backend microservices with experience with Dynatrace (ideally within an Allianz context).
  • •Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics and Informatics, or a related field.
