Deliver an exceptional first impression for all boutique visitors while running smooth front-of-house operations and coordinating key administrative activities. Serve as the first point of contact, manage client enquiries and appointment scheduling, maintain accurate CRM and visitor tracking data, and monitor daily traffic and records. Support logistics, shipments, inventory replenishment, invoicing and vendor coordination—helping ensure a seamless, brand-aligned client experience, including during events and peak periods.
