Key Responsibilities

•Lead seller and creator appeal programs related to enforcement actions in the CRM tool.
•Follow established procedures and guidelines to deliver quality, accurate appeal reasoning and decisions.
•Support systems handling incoming seller policy and appeals queries, diagnose root causes of escalated issues, and drive resolutions.
•Monitor and analyze appeal trends; promptly escalate critical/high-risk cases to relevant teams.
•Provide insights and recommendations for policy/strategy improvements and support ad-hoc projects as needed.

Key Requirements

•BA/BS degree or equivalent practical/relevant work experience.
•3+ years of project/program management experience in a technology field.
•2+ years of experience in customer service or content moderation appeals.
•Experience handling high-profile disputes and escalations while working cross-functionally to resolve.
•Excellent written and verbal communication; able to communicate effectively with both team members and customers.
