Job Summary

Lead enterprise customer onboarding across the Attentive platform in the UK and EMEA, owning complex multi-workstream implementations from contract close through launch. Guide SMS and Email (Triggered + Campaign) launches, manage email migrations and greenfield deployments, and coordinate stakeholders to deliver on time and at scale. Act as a trusted technical and strategic advisor, improve implementation processes and tooling, and mentor other consultants as the UK team scales.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead end-to-end onboarding for enterprise customers launching SMS, Email (Triggered + Campaign), and other Attentive platform features.
•Own complex email migrations and greenfield launches, including multi-brand, multi-region deployments and custom data integrations.
•Coordinate multiple stakeholders and workstreams as the primary project owner to deliver on-time, high-quality launches.
•Partner across Sales, Sales Engineers, Solutions Architects, Deliverability, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success as a trusted technical and strategic advisor.
•Improve the enterprise onboarding experience by refining standards and best practices, contributing to automation and tooling, and mentoring other implementation team members.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in a technical, customer-facing role such as Implementation, Solutions Architecture, Sales Engineering, or Technical Account Management.
•Strong experience with ESP platforms, email migrations, and complex martech stacks including CDPs, e-commerce platforms, and data pipelines.
•Proven project management skills to juggle multiple enterprise implementations simultaneously.
•Comfort navigating ambiguity and building structure where none exists.
•Confident communication with both technical teams and senior customer stakeholders.
