Process Master leads design and optimization of delivery processes for a multi-team environment, specializing in Jira administration, workflows, and operational metrics. You’ll drive end-to-end process improvements, implement scalable workflows, and partner with Product, Operations, and Technology to improve delivery effectiveness in a fast-paced iGaming setting.

Key Responsibilities

•Design and improve end-to-end delivery processes across multiple teams.
•Own process implementation, rollout, adoption, and continuous improvement.
•Configure and maintain Jira workflows, boards, automations, and project structures.
•Build advanced Jira automations and support complex cross-project workflows.
•Create and maintain process documentation and knowledge bases in Confluence.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: 3,300 - 4,400 monthly

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in Process Management, Delivery Operations, Project Operations, or a similar role.
•Strong Jira Cloud administration experience, including workflows, automation, boards, and field configurations.
•Experience with Jira Service Management and Confluence.
•Hands-on experience with Automation for Jira and ScriptRunner Cloud.
•Strong understanding of delivery methodologies such as Kanban, Scrum, Lean, DevOps, or SAFe.
