Job Summary

Support The North Face Go To Market from seasonal launch through in-store execution, coordinating retail marketing campaigns across windows, POP, digital store environment, POS, and special projects. Act as main point of contact for retail marketing campaign executions and bespoke retail initiatives, partnering with brand, creative, visual merchandising, operations, product merchandising, and external agencies/vendors. Own briefing, production phase oversight, budgeting/invoicing tracking, and monthly reporting for retail assets.

Key Responsibilities

•Support Go To Market processes from season launch to in-store execution across The North Face retail environments.
•Coordinate external communications for retail marketing campaign executions and bespoke retail projects (seasonal windows, store customizations, POP material, in-store videos, store takeovers).
•Oversee retail marketing tasks including windows & POP, store environment (images and digital contents), seasonal graphics, commercial POS, and special projects.
•Manage briefing and rollout of seasonal assets for EMEA, partnering with global, VM, brand, creative, and retail operations teams.
•Oversee production and administration: order form preparation, artworks production, budget/invoicing monitoring, maintaining budget sheets, and providing monthly reporting.

Key Requirements

•Degree in Design, Architecture or Marketing.
•3–5 years of experience in project management, production processes, tender processes and purchasing, creative development, and trade/visual merchandising, ideally in branded apparel or footwear.
•Solid experience supporting production processes, tender processes, and purchasing.
•Demonstrated creative and technical design ability with strong presentation skills using visual packages.
•Fluency in English (additional European language desirable) and proficiency with Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel), Key Notes, and Adobe Creative Pack.
