Lead the commercial strategy for a food delivery marketplace in Kyrgyzstan by growing restaurant and retail partnerships. Build and maintain key partner relationships, negotiate with senior decision-makers, and manage partner performance and unit economics. Own partner lifecycle from onboarding through retention, analyze market and competitors for new opportunities, and lead hiring, coaching, and sales team performance against commercial KPIs, including advertising campaign execution and reporting for senior leadership.
