Key Responsibilities

•Support internal controls reviews, balance sheet reconciliations, month-end journal entries, and special cross-functional and ad-hoc analysis.
•Provide technical and analytical guidance to the site controllers on key metric, deliverable, reporting requirements and ad-hoc analysis.
•Build finance capabilities, tools and skills to increase efficiency and value of the Finance team across the business.
•Monitor and analyze general ledger activity, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial transactions while supporting month-end and quarter-end close processes.
•Serve as a key liaison between Finance, Accounting, and operational teams to facilitate journal entries, provide SAP guidance, and resolve accounting-related inquiries.

Key Requirements

•Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience.
•U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.
•Accounting/Finance experience in multiple disciplines (e.g., program finance, functional-area finance, rates & budgets, material accounting, labor accounting, direct accounting, and overhead accounting).
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
•Experience with cross-functional collaboration and ability to influence stakeholders.
