  • •Manage design deliverables and track RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
  • •Lead OFCI (Owner-Furnished, Contractor-Installed) equipment coordination efforts.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in construction project management within large-scale, mission-critical or data center environments.
  • •Strong understanding of construction processes, scheduling, and cost management.
  • •Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and document control systems.
