Key Responsibilities

  • •Carry out duties as assigned and adhere to cleaning schedules to maintain hygiene and safety in the kitchen and surrounding areas.
  • •Collect cleaning materials and equipment from the Supervisor and ensure daily maintenance of tools.
  • •Check equipment daily and report any defects or malfunctions to a supervisor or senior staff.
  • •Assist in the setup and breakdown of service areas for all special functions and events.
  • •Clean stoves, ovens, grills, refrigerators; wash utensils, dishware, and cutlery by hand or machine; transport food supplies as needed.
