Techno-Functional Specialist (Contract)

Bridge business needs and technical systems by gathering and documenting requirements, translating them into functional and technical specifications, and performing gap analysis to improve processes. Design and implement system configurations, partner with development teams to build and deploy solutions, and troubleshoot integrations involving APIs and data flows. Serve as the liaison between business users and IT teams, manage change requests and releases, and support training, documentation, workshops, and UAT.
