Job Summary

Own and grow Bupa Global’s SME and Corporate client portfolio in Hong Kong by driving retention, profitability, and long-term broker and customer partnerships. Lead renewal processes, identify membership growth through upselling and cross-selling, and run regular portfolio and business reviews. Partner across Sales, Pricing, Underwriting, Operations, Marketing, and Customer Service to deliver customer-first outcomes aligned with risk appetite and governance standards.

Job Function: Customer Success & Account Management

Key Responsibilities

•Manage and develop an SME and Corporate client portfolio to achieve retention, growth, and profitability objectives.
•Serve as primary relationship owner for assigned broker and client accounts, building trusted adviser relationships with key decision-makers and employee benefits managers.
•Develop and execute annual account plans and conduct regular portfolio and customer business reviews to identify risks and opportunities.
•Lead renewal processes for assigned accounts and deliver retention targets; identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities for membership growth.
•Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Sales, Pricing, Underwriting, Operations, Marketing, and Customer Service to deliver seamless customer outcomes and ensure compliance with governance and risk appetite.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
•Proven experience in Corporate Account Management, Employee Benefits, Insurance, Financial Services, or Relationship Management.
•Demonstrated success delivering customer retention and revenue growth targets.
•Strong stakeholder management capability across internal and external audiences.
•Experience managing international private medical insurance (IPMI), employee benefits, or corporate healthcare programmes; knowledge of underwriting and pricing principles is advantageous.
