Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive portfolio governance, assurance and controls by governing and assuring portfolio management frameworks, control processes, contractual deliverables, and risk-management requirements.
  • •Maintain RAID logs and related registers, trackers, and reporting mechanisms to ensure high-quality governance and performance tracking.
  • •Lead portfolio delivery functions for small to medium transformation/real estate portfolio management offices and support elements of large-scale portfolio management offices to deliver measurable benefits.
  • •Implement reporting cycles and manage portfolio data accuracy, timeliness, and integrity; analyse performance, monitor KPIs, and produce insights and dashboards.
  • •Support financial and contract activities, including financial monitoring, budget updates, cost reporting, and procurement/contract administration as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience in portfolio and/or programme management, or portfolio/programme controls delivery within portfolios, programmes or complex projects, preferably in Real Estate, Infrastructure or Capital Projects.
  • •Experience establishing and maintaining portfolio or programme management controls, including RAID management, action tracking, change control, dependency management, and governance/assurance activities.
  • •Advanced analytical and reporting capabilities, including interpreting performance data, monitoring KPIs, and producing client reporting and management dashboards.
  • •Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills to communicate complex information to senior leadership and a broad range of stakeholders.
  • •Command of portfolio/programme management frameworks and disciplined governance practices (e.g., MSP, PMI), plus experience supporting portfolio/programme financial management (forecasting and budgeting).
