Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, project management, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience; advanced degree or PMP certification is an asset.
  • •10+ years of relevant experience in construction, mission-critical data centre, or large-scale infrastructure project environments.
  • •Demonstrated experience leading major construction projects/programs, including multidisciplinary team oversight, delivery, commercial management, and stakeholder coordination.
  • •Strong client relationship management and business development experience, including supporting pursuits, proposals, and strategic growth opportunities.
  • •Strong understanding of the full construction project lifecycle, project governance, financial management, risk management, and operational delivery.
