•Oversee architectural integrity, security, and performance of high-volume ad tech infrastructure, while balancing feature delivery with modernization and cost optimization.
•Maintain robust data privacy, compliance, and security standards across engineering operations.
•Establish and monitor core engineering metrics (e.g., DORA/SPACE) and drive AI-augmented development tools to improve cycle times, deployment frequency, and overall delivery velocity.
