  • •Bachelor's degree in medical technology or related sciences with 4.5+ years of industry experience (or a Master's degree with 2+ years) and at least two years in a clinical laboratory.
  • •Current ASCP certification in molecular biology (CLS, MLS, MB, MT).
  • •CA State CGMBS or CLS license is required for roles in California.
  • •Proven leadership experience.
  • •Able to take on own projects with little supervision.
