Operations Lead - Ross Park Mall

Lead store operations for a high-visibility retail location by driving profitability and efficiency with the Operations & Visual Manager. Own inventory management accuracy and shrink reduction, investigate root causes, and manage key workflows such as shipment, receiving, reverse transfers, floor recovery, replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management. Partner on reporting, budgets, expenses, vendor relationships, and facilities, while leading and developing the Operations Associates through performance tools and feedback.
