•Conduct training and coaching sessions and collaborate with Global People Services on employee experience initiatives, including evaluating performance and recommending improvements.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

•Excellent communication skills.
•Ability to use data to solve business problems and handle confidential information with integrity, judgment, and discretion.
