Operations Manager - Bloor Street

Own store operations strategy as part of the store leadership team—driving inventory management, labor planning, and scheduling to keep the store customer-ready at all times. Investigate and address inventory accuracy issues, uphold operational standards on the sales floor, and support sell-through through accurate counts and efficient delivery execution. Partner with the General Manager on budgets and performance metrics, lead and coach the Operations team, and help plan future workflows while ensuring a safe, efficient store environment.
