Job Summary

Lead high-complexity managed networking services, proactively resolving incidents and problems while meeting SLA requirements. Conduct root-cause analysis for critical events, manage and resolve complex tickets, and improve service quality through reviews and knowledge articles. Configure and monitor client infrastructure using industry tools, investigate escalations including third-line support, and provide onsite technical and field engineering support. Coach junior team members and support automation efforts to reduce manual work.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide L3 managed networking services by proactively identifying and resolving incidents and problems while meeting all SLA conditions.
•Analyze and investigate critical incidents, manage high-complexity tickets, and identify root causes with solutions for complex issues.
•Ensure client infrastructure is configured, installed, tested, and operational, using monitoring tools to respond to alerts.
•Escalate and investigate support calls, including third-line support, and log problems before they escalate.
•Create knowledge articles, train and coach junior team members, and provide inputs to automation teams to reduce manual effort.

Key Requirements

•Proficiency with enterprise networking and security tools including Pulse Secure SSL VPN, Virtual Juniper, Palo Alto, Fortinet firewalls, Cisco Nexus switches, ASr/ISr routers, Cisco ACS, ISE, and Meraki switches/access points.
•Strong knowledge of enterprise network architecture and routing protocols including BGP, OSPF, and EIGRP.
•Experience with troubleshooting network connectivity including NAT and uplinks to ISPs for DIA, MPLS, and P2P circuits.
•Advanced certifications in at least one or two of the listed technologies.
•Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computing or equivalent work experience.
