Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead assembly, disassembly, and modifications of aerospace vehicle systems by changing/removing/replacing/upgrading components to correct failures or implement changes.
  • •Oversee assembly, disassembly, or overhaul and configure aerospace vehicles and bench test equipment.
  • •Troubleshoot complex pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, and avionics systems to isolate faults and repair faulty components.
  • •Oversee validation/verification testing of systems and components and inspect components to verify repairs for flight worthiness requirements.
  • •Document procedures and processes to ensure contractual and regulatory compliance; lead and supervise safe handling tasks and train/mentor others.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of C-17 maintenance experience.
  • •Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance; interim and/or final U.S. Secret clearance post-start is required.

  • •Ability to work flight line and back-shop maintenance tasks associated with day-to-day operations of C-17 aircraft.
  • •English competency to read, comprehend, and speak English for technical data and training.
