  • •Create risk-focused data analytics and automation solutions across supported audits, owning planning, alignment, execution, and reporting.
  • •Develop policy-driven, exception-based reporting to reduce manual audit test areas and improve audit efficiency while identifying value-added insights.
  • •Understand technology, data schemas, dependencies, and flows, and incorporate data into analytics tools to visualize key risks and anomalies.
  • •Partner with IT and functional teams to ensure data and metrics provide accurate business reflection aligned to strategic data objectives.
  • •Lead and mentor a group of data champions to build analytics and visualizations; promote integrity and accountability culture, and support continuous auditing/monitoring using analytics and RPA.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of audit and/or data analytics experience, preferably within audit, accounting, or risk management functions.
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail, including the ability to develop advanced Power BI dashboards and visualizations.
  • •Proficiency in SQL for data querying, transformation, and analysis, plus experience with data analytics and reporting technologies.
  • •Working knowledge of GAAP preferred, and experience leveraging data-driven approaches to identify risks, trends, and process improvement opportunities.
  • •Prior experience with SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, or RISE preferred; Bachelor’s degree (Accounting, Finance, Technology, Data Science, or related) and Master’s in a related field preferred.
