Lead the Pressure Management business unit’s AI, automation, and business intelligence strategy, governance, and roadmap to deliver operational excellence and measurable ROI. Partner with executive and functional leaders to prioritize and deliver high-impact analytics and automation initiatives. Drive scalable AI and BI solution design, implementation, and adoption, support responsible AI and data governance standards, and build a global team while advancing self-service analytics through metrics, reporting, visualization, and storytelling.

•Develop and execute the business unit’s AI, automation, and BI strategy, roadmap, and governance framework aligned to business objectives and ROI.
•Partner with executive and functional leaders to identify, prioritize, and deliver high-impact AI, automation, and analytics initiatives improving performance, customer experience, and efficiency.
•Lead the design, implementation, and adoption of scalable AI, intelligent automation, and BI solutions from concept through production deployment and optimization.
•Support Emerson standards for responsible AI, data governance, model risk management, cybersecurity, privacy, and regulatory compliance in alignment with Emerson technology strategies.
•Build, develop, and lead a global team of AI, Automation, and BI professionals, including direct employees, contractors, and offshore resources, to foster innovation and continuous learning.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
•Ten or more years of progressive experience leading technology, digital transformation, engineering, analytics, automation, or related initiatives within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
•Demonstrated experience developing and executing enterprise AI, automation, analytics, or digital transformation strategies.
•Strong understanding of artificial intelligence concepts, including machine learning, generative AI, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), large language models, and intelligent automation technologies.
•Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders at all organizational levels.
