Associate Service Technician - Chicago, IL

Perform Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI), detail services, test drives, and basic repairs on Lucid vehicles before customer delivery. Carry out remove/replace work, tire and wheel exchanges, functionality testing, and work order administration. Document vehicle interactions in the appropriate software suite, apply software updates, learn high/low-voltage systems, and collaborate with the service team and customers while maintaining strong attention to detail.
