  • •Plan, develop, and execute automated testing strategies and frameworks aligned with operational requirements and scenarios.
  • •Coordinate with program management and engineering leads to define requirements, test campaign gates/milestones, and review results/data.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
  • •8+ years executing Command & Control (C2) software and hardware systems testing in lab and operational environments, including RF communications, tactical datalinks/radios, and network capture/analysis.
  • •Experience developing requirements, test planning, test execution, and test reporting.
  • •Experience integrating into and conducting test with datalink architectures, networks, user interfaces, and hardware.
  • •Experience with requirements-based verification and automated testing, including CI/CD pipeline involvement and Linux/command-line and scripting/programming proficiency.
