Key Responsibilities

•Design and develop distributed, cloud-native backend services for key features in the Identity and Trust Platform.
•Define and implement foundational data models and APIs that act as a single system of record for customers, entities, and users.
•Migrate identity and customer lifecycle logic from legacy systems into resilient, observable Identity Platform-first services.
•Implement core platform capabilities, including unified entitlements and shared compliance context components.
•Partner with Product, Compliance, and other engineering teams to standardize integration patterns and mentor junior engineers.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 168,000 - 210,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years of software engineering experience with a deep focus on backend systems.
•Hands-on experience building and operating modern, cloud-native, highly available distributed systems.
•Proven ability to design and deliver complex features in large-scale, complex, regulated environments.
•Strong API design and integration skills (REST and/or gRPC) with reusable service contracts.
•Experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred) and container orchestration (Kubernetes, ECS).
