•Own implementation of new process flows, rule changes, and logic updates within a third-party decision engine.
•Execute QA and testing for new decisioning parameters and A/B tests prior to full deployment.
•Run historical backtesting and what-if simulations using observations in the decision engine.
•Validate data flows between third-party vendors and internal core applications to ensure stability and accuracy.
•Collaborate with Pricing and Risk to gather requirements, and maintain process documentation with Engineering and technology teams.

Key Requirements

•2+ years in an analytical and product support function, preferably in FinTech, lending, or high-growth financial services.
•Direct experience optimizing a decision engine (e.g., Taktile, FICO Blaze, Provenir, Lendflow, GDS Link).
•Strong proficiency in SQL and Excel; Python experience is a strong plus.
•Familiarity with lending lifecycles (MCA, SMB, or Credit) or logic/rules engines is preferred.
•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
