Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the EMEA Field Enablement team’s shift from facilitators/trainers to data-driven business partners and coaches that identify GTM knowledge/performance gaps.
  • •Manage, coach, and develop Field Enablement Managers through 1:1s, goal-setting, performance feedback, and career growth plans.
  • •Own workforce planning for the EMEA team, including recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new Field Enablement Managers.
  • •Set EMEA enablement strategy and priorities with Sales, SDR, and Customer Success leadership; translate regional goals into a coordinated plan.
  • •Establish and maintain a consistent quality bar for delivery and AI fluency through practice sessions, calibration, delivery reviews, and stakeholder reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of experience in sales enablement, field enablement, training, or a related GTM role, including direct experience as a Field Enablement Manager (or equivalent senior IC).
  • •Prior people-management experience, including hiring, onboarding, and scaling a team, ideally in a fast-growing or newly formed function.
  • •Strong understanding of the EMEA GTM landscape supporting Sales, SDR, and/or Customer Success across multiple markets and languages.
  • •Track record partnering with senior Sales/SDR/CS leadership to translate business priorities into enablement strategy with excellent stakeholder management.
  • •Certified coach (e.g., ICF ACC/PCC, Co-Active CTI, or equivalent) preferred, with expert facilitation experience and familiarity with sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDICC, Command of the Message, Challenger, Sandler).
