Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver the Crafting & Supply Strategy 2026 and enable a SMART factory with data-driven manufacturing, aligning with Procurement processes and the Supply Chain plan.
  • •Understand business processes and priorities to drive process and technology innovation while embedding governance within processes.
  • •Continuously improve Procurement to ensure efficient and effective processes by collaborating with stakeholders and SMEs; partner with Technology on product roadmaps and implementation.
  • •Manage CAPEX and OPEX budgets effectively and act as a connector between functional domains to create value for consumers, employees, and the business.
  • •Train and support users, identify improvement areas, and develop and promote appropriate solutions across global teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • •4-5 years of experience in business analysis or supply chain digitalization.
  • •Background or experience in Supply Chain or Procurement, with exposure to digital transformation projects, knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics AX).
  • •Knowledge of Material Management and Procurement processes is a strong advantage.
  • •Experience in gathering requirements and creating Business Requirements Documents (BRD).
