Job Summary

Drive process improvement and digitalization across Pandora's supply chain, leading ERP transformation, working with global stakeholders, and shaping roadmaps with Technology and Procurement. Own BRDs, analytics, and governance to deliver data-driven manufacturing and a SMART factory. Partner with Finance, Digital & Technology, and Business Analysts to align initiatives that create value for customers and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

•Deliver the Crafting & Supply Strategy 2026 and enable a SMART factory with data-driven manufacturing, aligning with Procurement processes and the Supply Chain plan.
•Understand business processes and priorities to drive process and technology innovation while embedding governance within processes.
•Continuously improve Procurement to ensure efficient and effective processes by collaborating with stakeholders and SMEs; partner with Technology on product roadmaps and implementation.
•Manage CAPEX and OPEX budgets effectively and act as a connector between functional domains to create value for consumers, employees, and the business.
•Train and support users, identify improvement areas, and develop and promote appropriate solutions across global teams.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
•4-5 years of experience in business analysis or supply chain digitalization.
•Background or experience in Supply Chain or Procurement, with exposure to digital transformation projects, knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics AX).
•Knowledge of Material Management and Procurement processes is a strong advantage.
•Experience in gathering requirements and creating Business Requirements Documents (BRD).
