•Act as the primary subject matter expert for assigned client accounts with expert-level familiarity of client workflows and payer-specific challenges.
•Conduct root-cause analysis of first-pass rejected claims and denied claims, and discrepancies in reporting tools and clearinghouse submissions.
•Identify AR and billing trends, payment anomalies, and potential issues before they escalate; serve as escalation point for team members.
•Assign weekly workloads based on claim volume, account needs, and strategic priorities; validate completion and accuracy using dashboards and submission logs.
•Facilitate onboarding and training of new hires across software platforms; conduct weekly 1:1s and team syncs to foster growth and high performance.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 60,000 - 70,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience managing day-to-day functions of a billing and collections team in healthcare, including reviewing, coding, and collecting professional services
•Proactive change agent with leadership quality and strategic vision to implement innovative solutions in evolving industry trends and regulations
•Strong supervisory skills with experience in coaching, mentoring, and building high-performing teams
•Proficiency with revenue cycle management software and tools; familiarity with SaaS-based billing/clearinghouse platforms and Google for Business, Microsoft Excel, Word
•HIPAA awareness and compliance knowledge as part of daily responsibilities
