Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage the Operations team on the Flowline to deliver aircraft on time, quality, and cost.
  • •Provide direction and oversight of production activities, including achieving 95%+ In-station Build and mastering the Performance Management Center.
  • •Manage station employees, including selection, performance management, identifying development needs, and recognition.
  • •Manage manufacturing techniques, industrial processes and planning; develop manpower forecasts based on line balancing and sequencing.
  • •Ensure compliance with legal and airworthiness requirements, lead safety/OSHA observance, and improve quality and processes (including Cost of Non Quality).

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 8–10 years of experience in aviation manufacturing
  • •5+ years of experience in a leadership position
  • •5+ years of experience in aviation production disciplines (Mechanics/Structure/Electrics)
  • •Experience with quality and logistics rules in aviation manufacturing
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Aviation, Business, or a related field (preferred)
