Operations Manager (Business Unit Leader)

Lead and manage manufacturing operations on the Flowline, providing technical leadership and oversight of production activities to deliver single-aisle aircraft on time, quality, and cost. Direct day-to-day production, master the Performance Management Center, and manage budgeting for consumables, tools, and tooling maintenance. Manage employees at the station, ensure compliance with legal and airworthiness requirements, coach teams, and improve safety, quality, and work processes across the Final Assembly Line (FAL).
